Activate a promo or gift code
Redeem a code to add balance or a discount.
- 1Go to Billing.
- 2Choose Activate code.
- 3Type the code exactly as you received it and confirm.
Codes that add balance show up immediately in your balance and in the transaction list. Discount codes apply at checkout when you buy or renew a plan.
NoteEach code can be used a limited number of times and may expire. If a code is rejected, check for typos and the expiry date, then contact support.
