Auto-renew
How automatic renewal works and how to turn it off.
With auto-renew on, your plan is paid from your balance shortly before it expires, so the connection never drops. If your balance is too low, the renewal fails and the plan simply ends on its expiry date.
- 1Open Subscriptions.
- 2Use the Auto-renew switch to turn it on or off.
NoteTurning auto-renew off does not shorten what you already paid for. Access continues until the end date.
